چکیده

SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE (SLS) DECORATED α-PbO NANOCRYSTALS: OPTICAL, STRUCTURE, AND MORPHOLOGY PROPERTIES. The nanocrystals were successfully decorated using sodium laureth sulfate anionic surfactant. method used is one-pot synthesis approach. precursor lead nitrate (Pb(NO3)2). UV-Vis spectrophotometer showed the absorption peak of was seen at wavelength 237 nm and an absorbance value 0.7. optical properties PbO can be bandgap 4.2 eV. FT-IR spectroscopy shift wavenumber 1358 cm-1. XRD crystals diffraction angles (2θ) 10-80o: 29.17, 32.54, 37.85, 39.62, 45.16, 46.21, 56.12, 61.73 with miller indices (111), (200), (201), (121), (220), (030), (311), (032), respectively. crystal size average 56.32 nm. results PSA PZC shows particle distribution 71.5 inter-particle charge -25 mV. SEM-EDX data have irregularly spherical a compounds composition Pb (83.12%) O (16.88%). From characterization, it concluded surfactant sulfate.
